Program and Operations Council (POC)

The Program and Operations Council serves as an executive team in the Policy Governance model. Council members work to empower committees in their areas. The Branches of Our Ministry outlines responsibilities of the individual POC members.

The POC consists of ministers, elected officers, and appointed members. The board appoints members as needed to do the work of the POC.
