Meals Provided at Homeless Shelters
Julian Street Inn
Every month, dedicated volunteers from our
Church provide good, wholesome meals to residents at two local shelters.
It takes about 15 volunteers to purchase, prepare and serve the food for
each meal. At Julian Street, volunteers prepare a meal on the second Sunday of
each month. At Cecil B. White Center, a meal is provided every other month.

Warm Socks and Candy Canes
As part of our December meal at Julian Street Inn, we have traditionally
provided each client with the gift of a pair of warm socks and a candy
cane. This year we'd like to do more. Your financial donations will make
it possible for us to buy each person:
- A pair of warm socks
- A pair of warm knit gloves
- A warm knit hat
- And a candy cane, too!
What You Can Do to Help
You can join us by:
- Making a donation
- Buying the food needed
- Preparing the food, or
- Serving the prepared food
for the Second Sunday Meals at Julian Street Inn or the bi-monthly meals at
the Cecil White Center.
